DOG NIPS

While these courses sound like a quick fix, you will need to dedicate your time to consistently work with your dog on a regular basis. Behaviors cannot just be changed overnight. Any questions you have in the following days of the mini course will need to be addressed via private lessons or in a group class. You are also welcome to attend another class to continue working with your dog. We will work on engagement exercises in all of our classes, so make sure you bring a toy with you. If you use a clicker already, we also welcome the use of clickers.

Nervous Nelly

If you find your dog is afraid of sounds, objects, people, or other dogs (just to name a few) this course was designed to teach you to build your dog's confidence. We will begin and end the lesson with a short group walk so everyone can get used to each other. If your dog will not take treats in public settings, then you may want to consider a private lesson to start off with.

Feisty Fido

This class is for the dog reactive dog. If you find it difficult to take your dog out in public because your dog is at the end of the leash barking, then this class will help teach you how to work with these issues. Depending on the severity of the reactivity, a private lesson may be recommended. However, we find that putting dogs in group settings helps with the reactivity.
Please contact us if your dog displays aggression or reactivity towards people, as you will need a private lesson before you can sign up for this class.

Leash Manners

Does your dog get excited when the leash comes out? Is your dog pulling you through the door when you go for walks? Is your dog all over the place when you go for walks? Then this course will help teach you how to get your dog to calm down with all this over stimulation.
